By accessing or using myBrandIn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
myBrandIn is a LinkedIn publishing platform that helps users create, schedule, and publish content to LinkedIn, manage their personal brand, and track performance analytics.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: violating LinkedIn's terms of service, posting illegal content, spamming, or attempting to circumvent usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Our platform, branding, and code remain our intellectual property.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including LinkedIn, Stripe, and Google OAuth. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.
myBrandIn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless myBrandIn and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
